I would recommend Claudio to friends and family and anyone else that is looking to make the process of mortgage approval as painless as possible. He is very knowledgeable and responds to your calls and questions as quick as possible.
We would highly recommend Claudio Prunotto. He is very knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. He worked with us from preapproval of our loan all the way to our house closing (which he attended). He even followed up with us a month after closing.
Claudio was always there for me. I would sometimes stop by without an appointment and he and his assistant Nicole made me feel welcome and they are both very knowledgeable on what they do. I didn't want to lock in my rates right away and Cladio called me everyday to let me know what the rates were at and he gave me very good advice.
If I could use one term to describe our experience with Claudio, it would "full service"! Claudio was there 100% from start to finish, he was available anytime we needed him and even came to our closing to ensure a smooth process. After we closed, our real estate attorney told us how impressed she was he came to the closing and remarked how much faster the closing was because he was there answer multiple questions that came up in the paperwork. We would highly recommend Claudio for anyone financing or refinancing a home!

Home buying + loan qualification = frustration. Add Claudio to the equation, and the process completely changes. I was first pre-qualified with another lender (through a bank). My realtor suggested we work with Claudio, but we had history with another lender. Several weeks later something felt "funny", so we contacted Claudio.
