Claudio was exceptionally responsive! Seemingly he works night and day to meet the needs of his customers. He is personable and is creative. He has a "can do" attitude even when circumstances may not be ideal. I would recommend him to anybody!

Claudio and his team were outstanding throughout our loan process for purchasing our first home. He answered every question we had and explained everything and was fun to work with. As a first time home buyer there were many questions that I had with buying a home. Claudio was very helpful during the whole process answering any questions that I had along the way. He showed up to the closing, which was very nice of him. I felt like he really cared, and was wanting to help anyway he could. I appreciate everything he did, and would highly recommend Claudio to anyone!

I tried 3 mortgage officers before Claudio, and I lost hope that I might ever get a mortgage loan. Once I worked with Claudio my situation started shifting. Claudio has a great experience in what he is doing. He knows what he is doing and what's exactly needs for your specific situation and.supports you with how to get it. Claudio and his team are great. He is very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. He would pick up his phone any time or call back right away. I was very impressed!!! And also his assistant Nicole was great as well! Will use their service AGAIN if needed!

To start with you should know I'm don't typically give anyone 5 stars, but I'll make a huge exception for Claudio and his team. He and Diane were not only helpful, but they were friendly. They treated me like I was a member of their family that they would do anything to help make the process as painless as possible. Getting approved for a mortgage can be like a root canal of tediousness and I couldn't believe how easy they made the whole process feel.
