We have a patient under our hospice services at the community and the staff have always been amazing and so caring! Dept. Leaders [name removed], the ED, [name removed], Wellness Director, [name removed] , Activities Director and [name removed] in Marketing Dir., always helpful! Grade A rating! We have had several Hospice patients in the community and have had a great experience with the team. We have been involved with the veterans in the community and bring them Donuts and Coffee. Also, for the past 3 years we have hosted the Veterans Day program. We had the honor to pin and give them a certificate in their honor.
Clayton Oaks is a fantastic facility. Great staff, very well run. The staff is super friendly and caring! The activities director is so fun and always planning new fun events. I would highly recommend Clayton Oaks
This community is everything a person needs to celebrate their senior years. It is so well maintained and the staff and leadership are so welcoming. What a bless this community is! I loved the pickleball courts and the resident run shop. The memory care was so warm and welcoming.
I have had the opportunity to see the care given to the residents at Clayton Oaks. The activities Shonta and Rico provide are great. The care and food are amazing. I have and will continue to refer to Clayton Oaks living.
Upon entry, you are immediately welcomed by their kind receptionist. The environment is warm and homey. The community is beautiful and well taken care of. Smells good and looks good. Staff are all smiles and professional. Wonderful experience I had while visiting.
I like that most would be room size is larger than other places. They tend to be understaffed (sometimes severely) as far as caregivers are concerned, & many of them aren't as good as they should be. The food also leaves a lot to be desired, & there's has been a high rate of turnover for chef.

We had to make some hard decisions very quickly but now into our third month at Clayton Oaks, we would make the same choice again. We are involved with my husband's care, questions are welcomed and responded to promptly, and the environment is warm and welcoming. The staff is pleasant and professional.
