I went to this dental implant office because a particularly good dental surgeon by the name of Dr. Yellich was working there at the time. Before being allowed to see Dr. Yellich, or make an appointment, I was forced to watch videos about the procedure and speak to a "health educator" which were mostly sales pitches and were a waste of time. Spend the extra money for a real dental office. This place is an assembly line and has no flexibility to schedule appointments when it's convenient for the client. When they called to reschedule one of my appointments with them I was flexible and rescheduled. But when it was my turn - it wasn't so easy. They gave me a date for my implant more than six months ago that they claimed was "tentative because doctors schedules change in six months". They have commercial ad everywhere on web or TV or newspaper to give out the free 3D-Cat scan consultation. Once you get there they show you around the state of art facility ,, army of people working there, and the fancy million dollar 3D-scan machine. Then they gave me the 3D scan (took about 15 seconds), and I watched the DVD the clear choice movie about how happy the patients got the implant done with them. Clear Choice contracted with me telling me that I would be getting 2 superior dental implants that would be done under constant continuous CT scan, the best dentist of the year would be doing the work and a maxilo-facial surgeon that is very considered and caring would be taking care of the first face of the implants. My experience was way below expectation. The price of the implants were much more than average. These idiots are spending six figures on TV and other advertising campaigns but they have no idea about customer service. I sat in the EMPTY waiting room for over 45 minutes past my appointment, then I had the free 360 xray, then a quick tour, then the female salesperson left me to pow-wow with the doctor and I waiting in the room again for another 20 minutes.
