I went for consultation and was very eager to do implants. After they took a scan and all, I never received estimate or follow up to do the work. Called quite few times. I mean call me back even if you don't want a Client, but don't just ignore my calls. This place sucks. Very unprofessional!!

I have no teeth left in my mouth but instead use full upper and lower dentures. The problem was that my lower dentures never really fit properly. Whenever I tried to eat my lower dentures popped loose and it and the food I was trying to chew became one solid mess. So I used the upper dentures only for cosmetic purposes and most of the time and I simply ate without any dentures at all, soft foods preferred. I saw the commercials on TV where ClearChoice advertises dental implants and you leave their place with a brand new sm... read more

I was scheduled for a consultation yesterday & I was pretty excited. I got there early & after listening to the lady at the front desks attitude towards the man in front of me I become a lil hesitant. I let the receptionist know that I filled out the form that I received in the mail but she gave me the same form and more. After reading through the additional forms and discovering you don't take insurance I decided this wasn't for me. I apologized to the receptionist for wasting her time & she snidely replies that I wasted my... read more

The process reminded me of the sales structure used in selling timeshares - a total scam with a big question of their giving patients the proper forms containing medical codes etc. acceptable to dental insurance companies for those who have insurance.

Nightmarish, read all the fine print and research everything yourself the company is going to do. They will leave out major details. Like until phase one is paid for and you pay for phase two your stuck on a soft diet. But that's ok it's only a little over 2 years! But during the process they'll tell you it's only while the bone is healing. They'll act like they want to do everything to keep you comfortable but that's only if your paying them large sums of money. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that isn't run by crimina... read more

Terrible experience at Rockville, Maryland office. I showed up early to complete paperwork. Unfriendly folks at front desk. I completed paperwork, sat down awaiting my call for the visit. I waited and waited. Nobody ever greeted me. I was never called. After sitting for almost an hour, I got up and left. They saw me leave, Nobody cared! Do not go here. Bruce Lazerow, O.D.

I would give clear choice zero stars if I could. I'm so disappointed at the lie they tell about affordability. It's downright deceitful. There's nothing affordable about them unless you're wealthy.!!! Period. I need upper and lower teeth at the cost of 56,000 dollars. How's that affordable to the average working person? IT ISN'T!!! Here's the (good part) I say very sarcastically.... my mouth is in decent shape and I don't need any extra stuff such as bone grafts or have periodontal disease. In other words I present no com... read more

I went to clear choice at my first visit for a mold of my mouth they did not have the right teeth I wanted implanted this made me very nervous and I left. I figured if this was how we were going to start how were we going to end up. So happy I looked around found a local dental clinic that had been doing implants for over 10 years at about 60% of out of pocket cost. They explained everything to me and told me they wanted to do it right not rush through it. I suggest to stay away from Clear Choice plus they will not take your... read more

I made an appointment for 1:45 pm and verified the apt approx. 2 hours prior. I was told it was good, Drove an hour, plus tolls, to attend the apt. When I arrived there were about 10-12 people in the office. I asked the receptionist how long a wait and she replied she wasn't sure. I sat down and filled out the questionnaire and then went back to turn in the paper. I again ask if she could tell me approx. how long the wait because I had a late afternoon appointment. She said the interview takes about 1.5 hours and that they w... read more
