I made an appointment over the internet and even printed out the form. That was last week. Now today I returned a call from the place I made the appointment and they now claim to have no appointment for me. This gives me a very bad vibe that they can't even keep track of their appointments. I will have to find someone else who is more reliable. If I'm having trouble with them already I won't risk getting involved with them further.
Hate to say it, mostly because the actual dental work they performed was just fine, but heed this word of warning: THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU when it comes to gathering the claim components necessary for insurance submission. 1) I had to ask for a diagnosis code (literally) five separate times before they gave it to me. 2) They refuse to give their TAX ID number. 3) They refuse to even sign a fricken claim form so I can get a reimbursement from my insurance. I think ***perhaps***, after discussing these ongoing and painful issue... read more
No good!!! the offer free consultation, but in reality it is not free!!! the first question they ask you .....what is your insurance name? what!!! for what? your insurance will pay. what?? you said it is free consultation!!! but nothing is free. They are not interested of you if you don't have insurance. it is all about the money!!
I went there for a consult and almost fainted when they told me the cost. The lady told me to think of it as buying a new car!!!????!!! I'm sorry but this dental stuff can be a very emotional thing. I can't think of or compare it to purchasing a car. Dental is highly expensive it makes me wonder if they even care about the people that come to them or are we just a paycheck to them I am a single mom with limited income so this place is out of my league. It's just sad that there are not dental places out there that will to... read more
I had temporary teeth installed and will get my permanent teeth in several weeks. Since receiving upper and lower temp teeth, I have had a speech impediment caused by the teeth being so thick and not accommodating my tongue. It has been 11 months since I had them put in. Also, as reported by another reviewer, I also bite my tongue quite a bit. I recommend that they inform the patient that their speech may be impacted by the temp teeth. I returned 5 times to get the teeth adjusted but no improvements happened in my speec... read more
Just going straight forward to the point this facility at 1655 The Alameda sucks! it is true that when you make an appointment here it will always be convenient for them not for clients. I had only one dental implant done including extraction charged me $5,000 cash that supposed to include the temporary crown I have never gotten not even a refund. This facility does not accept insurance I was told to pay cash in full before initial treatment and took almost one year to finish. Since they do not accept insurance I asked the ... read more
My husband went there for 3 implants one year ago.... I will say that medical wise the experience was not too bad. It is very disorganized. The date of the surgery was rescheduled by them two time. Pushing the surgery 2 months later from the original date, no apologize....We waited 2 h in the waiting room before the surgery without any apologize. The worst in that place is the blond lady at the reception. She is having an arrogant way of talking to you and taking care of you. She does not know what is customer service. Sh... read more
Having read many advertisements in our local newspaper and viewing uncounted TV commercials, decided to make an appointment with this firm to have issues with 4 molars(2 already missing) evaluated by them. My regular Dentist whom I visited for many years had been unable to resolve even after great personal expense, plus payments by my then insurance coverage these problems. He had performed root canals, installed crowns, had me consult with outside specialists and additionally replaced crowns numerous times all to no succe... read more
. After I spent $40,000 in implants, my dentist [dr Sands] sold his practice and went over to Clear Choice. Then I was referred to him by the dentist who bought his practice, because she said my implants had been CEMENTED in, and it was beyond her capability to treat me. She recommended the same guy who cemented in my implants (instead of screwing them in, so they could be easily removed). But the dentist who cemented in the implants refuses to see me! He is clearly hiding out: he will not return my phone calls, and he ... read more
