In 2014 I purchased a 2012 Honda civic ex from Cleo bay suburu and decided to trade it in. I was given 11,500 for my civic which was way more than other dealerships were offering. I purchased a 2016 civic lx an I love it. My sales person Elizabeth was awesome.

People were very friendly, would recommend it. Our salesman listened to our wants and needs, and he didn't pressure us.

My husband and I came in today for maintenance and a state inspection to be completed. I had made the appointment a few days ago online and got a confirmation email for our appointment. We came in and only waited about 45 minutes to an hour before the car was finished. When checking out, we got a grand total of $7 which we knew right away was not right because of the maintenance. On 10/5/24 we went to Cleo Bay Honda in Killeen to try and purchase my daughter a vehicle. While there I asked for a total drive out on a 2025 Honda HRV and they showed me a paper with $40,364.05 plus we needed to put $5000 down (which would make the new total $35,364.05. We then went to navy Federal and got approved and Navy Federal cut us a check for $35,264.05 (which was my understanding of what I owed Cleo Bay plus the $5000 down. I was just going ti let this go and forget it but keep getting bug with this soooo: worst experience with a dealership in my 65 years. Fist called just yo make sure they had my information and was promptly told they didn't have my key nor car. After my Son and tow driver set them straight, I get an e-mail a few minutes before closing that thru needed approval to complete additional repairs, when I call ( about 8:30 am I'm told I must call back on about an hour and a half because they are busy checking in new customers. AC is out. Made an appointment last week to get it fixed for today (so the appointment has been scheduled for over a week). Took off work and drove all the way there and was told “we are too busy to get to it.” That would have been nice to know BEFORE I drove down there and BEFORE I scheduled the appointment. I would not recommend. I have to endure at least another day of no AC in my car because they are a waste of space and good oxygen.

Cleo Bay manager darious west was rude, unprofessional, and argumentive towards me after my car was hit by another vehicle that a cleo bay employee was driving. Also, west and one other manager have very poor treatment of customers and zero customer service. Beware of this place!

Kirby my salesperson was absolutely amazing every step of the way! She did everything in her power to make things right. She was very professional, kept me updated on the tracking of my Honda. From it being built to it arriving. Highly recommend her! The service department is the problem. I found swirls on my bumper and a streak/scratch on the side of my hood. Kirby was on it and got me in immediately. Took 15 mins and my car was back and I went to check and now more swirls (obviously from wrong use of detailing equipment.... read more
