My husband and I went to Cleo Bay Honda to purchase a car. We went to Honda, already pre-approved by USAA, and had the check. We were walking all over outside, looking at cars, and I was shocked no one came to ask us if we needed help 3 employees just walked passed us. I know they were salesmen because there was a fourth helping a customer.. Rip offs, they have the worst customer service and charge for additional details they don't deliver Don't ever make the mistake I made and purchase from them
Don't do business with Cleo Bay if your looking to have them honor a deal. My wife recently negotiated a price put down a deposit on a new 2016 Pilot than received a call a week later saying the vehicle had arrived but it now cost $1800 more due to demand. I.E. We place no value on our word and are more concerned about squeezing a few more dollars out of this vehicle than retaining a customer. Do your business elsewhere so you won't be left scrambling to find a replacement. Forewarned is forearmed.
