Hadn’t gone to the dealership in several years. Finally decided to return after having a little success with an independent repair shop with a break issue. After complete redo of the brakes, and re-turning the rotors. I still have the squeal that I went in with, although it’s not every time it’s just once or twice daily.

I took my vehicle there back in december. that I had purchased extended warranty for that covered pretty much everything. I had taken it there for oil leak Lance at the service department did everything he could at the time to make me believe that oil leaks arent covered, I gave warrenty info to have them call and next day they called and said nothing was covered I had multiple leakes from seals gaskets ect. ... read more
I traveled to try and order new parts and have them installed. The hispanic guy at the parts counter was not friendly. When passing me a receipt he looked the other direction never a thank you or anything. Then one lady at the service desk (the blonde hair one) placed a customer on hold to talk about them. Then she called the guy that was waiting after me before me. From now on i will make the 150 drive to dallas over cleo bay honda
This is by far the most unpleasant, inconvenience, unsatisfying car buying experience I have ever had. This post is 40k too late. Buyers beware‼️ If you see any flaw in a vehicle that you are deciding to purchase DO NOT BUY UNTIL THE REPAIRS ARE COMPLETE! service manager so called Daris... has no customer service. will only Say what he want. n straight out call customer liar. n we as customer suppose to know the company policy as if we work there. Written service agreement don't mean anything but their words. why is there written agreement? n then try to force us to sign new agreement. why is new agreement so important now? just go with word only. Lololol. so called man in charge can't even communicate with customer.
You could not have customers wait for over an hour and a half after initially being told it would take forty-five minutes to and hour just to have a State Inspection done. Forty-five minutes to an hour itself is ridiculous. State Inspections only take ten to fifteen minutes anywhere else I've had them done. This issue needs to be addressed because you have lost my business after being a Cleo Bay customer previously when I owned a different Honda. So, I got a Mitsubishi lancer Evo X with this dealership, and my car now has some issues with its clutch. Well, it had some issues with the clutch before and they promised me to fix it. They did; however, now its more broken than ever and they do not want to do anything about it! Bad customer service as well when I tried to speak with the “Manager” very unprofessional.

Hello, I am a current Honda customer and have been for over 2011. I recently had malfunctions to my 2016 CRV and called the dealership for roadside assistance to get my vehicle. I was provided with a number to call a tow company for my claim. I called the number and they did tow my vehicle to the dealership but once I arrived to check on the status of my vehicle,the mechanic had left me with a bill that I know I'm not responsible of paying.
