"Fast and friendly service" Fast and friendly service. Highly recommend the dealer and dealership. Second car purchased from this dealership would do again. Made the experince fun and not stressful.
"10K service and TSB repair" dealer service department is a great place to go for routine service and warranty work. I did not purchase the vehicle from this dealership, and unlike my local dealers (Chattanooga area), they do not appear to show preferential treatment to those who did. Car needed a repair that could not be done on the same day, so leaving the car there would have been a problem had alternate transportation not been provided, The repair was completed in the time frame promised (faster actually). "Service on 2011 Mustang" I took my 2011 mustang in to find a noise that was going on. Jerry Johnson was my service rep. After review Jerry informed me that I had a hub on the front end that needed replacing. He said they would replace both since my extended warranty was about to expire and he worked with the warranty company to rent me a car.
