"Great Experience" Everyone we dealt with on Saturday was extremely helpful and did everything they could to get me approved for my vehicle, despite my credit issues. Ben was an excellent salesman and made great recommendations about the car I should get. When we got to the finance office Darren explained all my options in regards to add-ons and allowed me to make the decision, without being too pushy. I would recommend anyone I know looking for a new car to go to Larry Hill Ford.

"service" I had my 2013 ford serviced . and the service tech mr. joe trentham did an outstanding job handling the service on my truck. highly recommend larry hill ford to anyone . I had a problem with my truck that ford did not handle but mr. sheets the service manager took in on himself to straighten out. I now get 20.1 miles to a gallon of gas. I would highly rate these two individuals to handle my service. thank you jerry and ruby morgan.
"easy to work with" I found my salesman eager to make a deal and flexible in our respective offers. He was willing to listen to my counter offers and we were able to reach an agreement without a lot of difficulty that I had experienced with another local dealer. My sales rep was Elliott Harris. He was very respectful and has a great personality. He never made me feel pressured to make a deal I wasn't comfortable with.
"car repair on Lincoln" Car needed new coils. They replaced them. Did a good job on my car. Jerry Johnson was so kind to us. We had excellent service.

"awesome group of people" I came into Larry hill. I was greeted by Jordan ankney. I explained my situation with my credit and he said no problem let's see what we can do for you. From start to finish he was very understanding and went above and beyond to help me get into a new car.
"Purchased a new Ford F-150" I searched within a 100 miles of Dalton , GA for a 2015 used Ford F-150 with no luck on finding what I wanted. David Babbitt from Larry Hill Ford in Cleveland TN checked in with me weekly on what he found. I was so impressed that when I decide to go with a new trucked I called him. He was diligent in finding what I wanted and we agreed the same day on the price I wanted to pay. I will go bank to Larry Hill Ford first next time I need a vehicle.
"Service center" Was very please with the service. Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service provided for buying car there. Was very pleased. Did not take too long.
