"Excellent customer service thus far" I visited this dealership wanting to trade in my car for a F150. I was promptly helped by a very informative man named Mike. He's been wonderful thus far. ""Amazing People"" The entire staff at Larry Hill Ford in Cleveland, TN made our whole buying experience smooth and enjoyable. I felt the sales person as well as the sales manager were extremely open and honest about the entire car buying/selection process. We told them exactly what we wanted and they put us in a vehicle that was exactly what we had hoped for...oh and by the way, in the price we wanted to pay. Very low pressure. "This was one of the best experiences I've had buying a car. " The salesman was excellent and extremely knowledgable about the vehicle. He went with us on a test drive and showed us things the truck would do that we would never had known if we had went on a test drive alone. It was overall an excellent experience.
