"Serivce done to my SUV" Jerry Johnson was very nice and understanding about the problems I was having with my SUV... So a BIG THANK YOU to MR. JERRY JOHNSON for the wonderful customer service.
"Service Department" I recently visited Larry Hill for service. I was greeted by Jerry Johnson. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He also took me to the service bay to speak directly to the tech that was servicing my SUV about an issue. Jerry did an excellent job of taking care of my service.
"Satisfied Customer" I was working construction in TN and was headed to South Carolina to buy a new truck when I came upon Larry Hill Ford. I saw this truck and immediately knew this was what I wanted. The salesman I talked with was Wayne Sorrels. He was friendly and I was comfortable dealing with him from start to finish. There was absolutely no pressure! I felt like I had known him all my life.
