"Great customer service " Great follow up and pleasant to work with. Called it to ask questions about another car and flip called several times and wasn't pushy. Great team
"quick and easy" The expierance was excellent! I felt like I mattered and was more than just a sale. The customer service was definitely top notch and I would highly recommend Larry Hill Ford.
"Left Door Ajar light came on when door was closed" Joe Trentham handled every concern and took care of getting my car fixed. Jerry Johnson took me to the Barbershop. I would reccommend this dealership.
"Wonderful Customer Service" We worked with Frank and Victor and they really went out of their way to help us find the vehicle we wanted in the price range we needed it in. I also needed to have my vehicle inspected and Jerry was willing to help me get back home and then helped bring me my vehicle later. Thanks for everyone's hard work.
"2007 Ford Focus" They got ne in and out in no time short. They treated me with respect, and said they appreciated me as a customer and for bring my car to be serviced there.

He even handled my uncle very well who is over 500 miles away. I am a college student and my uncle had to handle business over the phone, Ben was very patient. Kevin was pretty great as well.
