"a good experience" This was my first time car buying experience. I knew about what kind of car I wanted and after test driving a few I decided on the 2014 Nissan Sentra. My car buying experience was a good one. My mom helped with all the decisions that I had to make. My sales person was John Yow and the manager was Lee Johnson. Both of these men were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this dealership to others. It is a good place to test drive different cars.

"Made it Right" My husband and I found a great deal on a car online through Auto Trader. We called early Saturday morning to verify it was correct. Sure enough, the girl on the line verified the stats multiple times before we drove 3 hours from Birmingham to Cleveland. 2 hours into the 3 hour drive, she finally sent me the CarFax, and I noticed the car had many more miles than what was posted online. "Thank you Larry Hill Ford" We were traveling through Cleveland, TN on the interstate when we had a tire start going flat on the way to a funeral in Knoxville, TN. We ended up having to be towed to Larry Hill Ford. I was unable to accompany my husband to the dealership because I am handicapped and could not climb into the cab of the rollback.
