"Great Dealer" Our salesperson was Jason Dolch, he was very polite and friendly. We had looked a couple of months ago at Larry Hill and thats when we meet him. He kept in touch with my husband via text when he thought he had found what we wanted. He worked very hard to find exactly what we wanted!
"Great dealership" We had several vehicles lined up to look at that day. We stopped first at Larry Hill Ford. We were met by Jason Dolch. He was very helpful with our experience there. "Good Experience" Great car buying experience. The salesman, the sales manager and the financial manager all went out of their way to make sure I got the car I wanted and could afford.
"Top Notch Customer Service" My air conditioner was making a knocking sound, when I turned it off, so I took it to Larry Hill Ford. Joe was very helpful and explained everything without being condescending, even though I'm sure I came across as a clueless female driver. Even though my car is now past the warranty for this particular repair, I feel most comfortable with the service and products used at Larry Hill Ford.
"Professional and Outstanding Service!" I went in to buy my first new car, and I spent several days deciding what I liked. I also visited many other dealerships in the Chattanooga area and there was not a single employee as professional as Kevin. He helped me out every step of the way and was the most informative individual I was with. "Wonderful Experience" From the moment I stepped onto the lot, Cole was informative and respectful. He and the rest of the import team helped me get the car I wanted for a price that I could afford. I was not looking forward to the experience, but Cole Brand and the whole team made this a true pleasure.
