"oil change and replace air bags" I got two letters telling me to have my air bags replaced. The first one said to wait till I got the second one and then make an appointment. I did just that. I went in and waited and waited and finally they came out and said they did not have my part. I came back for my free oil change two weeks later and guess what they fixed my air bags and changed my oil. Joe was great I just wished when I called the first time they told me they had to order the part I needed.
