"Quick fix" Took truck in @9 this morning for warranty work . Out by 12:00. Service department diagnosed problem and made repairs really quick. I was surprised and pleased.
"Immediate Need, Immediate Fix" I had an unexpected problem with our Ford Flex and brought the car in so the service guys could figure out what was wrong. James reassured me that they would determine the cause of the problem and get the car repaired as soon as possible. I was there just over an hour and the costs of repair were less than I had been quoted by a local repair business. Worth the drive across town to get reliable service!!! Thank you, James and Service Guys!!
"First time buyers...." My husband & I had a wonderful experience at Larry Hill from the time we got out of our car to when we drove off the lot! "Mr and Mrs Billy Mims" I have bought 5 cars from Larry Hill Ford and this last one tops the list. My sales rep Joel Towe was great. He worked hard for several days to find the right car for us. And when he had a death in the family Mike Hamby actually stepped in and finished the deal himself...I was so impressed with him as a manager that he actually finished this his self instead of putting us with another salesman. "not sure " Wes was very patient with us..he was very diligent I'm trying to find a car that we could afford.I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to Buy a car....think I may have got him trouble joking around about filling up the gas tank.it was not his fault we were just joking around..thank u for understanding.
