"Helpful, informative salesperson." Stopped by just to test drive a few different models and look around. John was very helpful in recommending the right kind of car for the needs of our family and found us the perfect car and sent us home in it. Finance was very helpful in explaining options and processing our information. Everyone in the office was courteous and helpful.
"Great Customer Service!" My boyfriend and I came to have my car serviced. While we were waiting we decided to look around the lot and he noticed a car he liked. We continued looking and Nate greeted us and asked if we needed any help. This guy was SUPER helpful and very friendly. We cracked a few jokes and had a good time picking out a new car. The employees are all amazing. This dealership is by far the best. Definitely recommended.

"Service and Repairs" I could not have ask for better service more friendly service than what they have at Larry Hill Ford. Jerry Johnson went out of his way to see we were taken care of and that we were totally satisfied with the work that was done.
"Geat letter " There was a letter sent to my job from Nate that offered a discount. I thought there had to be a catch. I set an appointment With Nate to see what the catch was. I ended up meeting with Josh Fitzgerald. Josh was great and friendly. When all was said and done. There was no catch. I got a xxxx good deal!!!

"My Pleasant Experience Buying A Car" John Yow was a great salesman who did not pressure us or push us toward any specific vehicle. He listened to us based on our price range and what we were looking for pointed us to the right vehicle I love my Kia Soul Plus and experience that I had with Larry Hill Ford Imports. "Too Nice to be a Salesman" I went to Larry Hill looking for a small truck that was not too expensive. Nate took me straight to it. He spent the day with me making sure it was the truck for me and he helped me get a great deal on it. I love that he never tried to rush or pressure me. This guy was more like a buddy helping a friend than a salesman and was my advocate through negotiations.
"I took a wrong turn into the right place" I turned too early trying to get on the bypass in Cleveland. Looking for a place to turn around, I pulled into Larry Hill Cars. I was then met by a young man with a smiling face. Long story short, I ended up buying a car. Not because I needed one, because Nate was so friendly. Lee was a pleasure as well.
