DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Technician came to my house to check a/c heater not coming on. After three hours he tells me there is a wire touching somewhere and that he needs to bring a helper and change the thermostat wire which will not be paid by home warranty. He wants me to wait a week with no heat for him to come back. I hired another company and problem was fixed next day. Also the thermostat wire was not the problem at all. It was the board which was a part covered by the home warranty.

Abysmal customer service and Lack thereof especially in my case where a gas leak ensued after Klimate King supposedly fixed an issue with a furnace. The organization follows a supreme lack of urgency and follow-up skill set. This is unfortunate since they employ a few fence technicians.

After 8 techs & wasted time, my issue is still not fixed!!!!!! Most of the techs including the senior tech, ****** whom came out twice, acted uninterested & did absolutely nothing but referred me to a plumber!!! Last tech realized the ac drain was clogged & unclogged it. Still, water is dripping behind the wall only after the ac turns off.

Overcharged customer, wanted to charge me $1350.00 for refrigerant, when another company only put less than an half a pound in my system and it ran fine. Not cool

Scored 2 because the men that finally came to install the unit were professional and nice. Otherwise, would have been less. We were without air for over a month. Climate King came out three times before acknowledging the unit needed to be replaced. Summer in the South with no air is not a good situation. We also feel we were completely overcharged. We know two other customers that had both an outside and inside unit replaced for less than what we were charged for an inside unit only.

CK is untrustworthy. Do not use this company. CK came out twice to my house. First time, the guy was there maybe 15 minutes and said I needed to replace half of my unit (I would had to have paid $2,400 after my home warranty paid them). I didn’t do this, instead I got another company to put in freon. That worked for a few weeks and then my ac blew hot air again. I called my warranty and got another team from CK to come out yesterday. This team replaced a simple capacitor and now it works just fine. They did not mention repla... read more

Climate King is ********and just trying to take advantage of anybody. Told me I needed a new Internal heating Unit and External Unit. Told me it would cost me $1550 after my warranty. I called a different contractor for a 2nd opinion and he had my heat back running for less that $250. Only the wrong with my heat was the 2 heating strips. Keep in mind the Climate king Contractors we here for less that 5 minutes total. They are a total ****and completely ********

Didn’t fix my unit on the first attempt Called them back next AM they said we will be back tomorrow that would be day 3. I write a review if there services they decide to come that same day. Tell me I need a new furnace. The warranty company orders me a new furnace and has to pay them to install the unit. They call and say my portion of the installation is 1300 bucks.
