Very unprofessional. Service Technician sat in the vehicle a long time until my husband went outside to ask why he was just sitting there. His response was he was working on our receipt when he had not done any service. We did not get appropriate service. ALL vents inside our house still not putting out heat or air at full force. Tech only checked three or four of the vents. Problem is not solved when he said everything was good. How would you know when a full inspection was not performed. Our rating is 0 .
I was referred to Climate King by my home warranty company beginning on November 2, 2020 they came out and the technician was here all of 20 minutes and told me that he replaced the harness wire that wasn't communicating to the unit (which come to find he didn't replace it he just wiggled it around until it worked) and told me that my filter was extremely dirty and I needed to buy a new one, ok worked the first cold night we had so we assumed it was fixed. I was recommended to you all by First American through my warranty company. I give people chances. Since the first year of March Climate King has sent 4 different technicans and 4 different parts and as of today my air conditioner is still not working. The second time the manager came out which I thought he should have been a senior technican. Horrible people, horrible business practices and most of all deceptive. I did not hire them nor do I even live in Mississippi!!! They keep call and texting to set up appointments and as much as i tell them it is the wrong number, the calls and texts continue. Since the calls have not stopped, I will be calling the State of Mississippi to file a harassment suit. I LIVE IN *****!!!!

I do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. We work for home warranty companies and they send us work orders with phone numbers for that customer. We call the numbers given to us. Undoubtedly, they gave us your number on multiple occasions. When we call a number and it is wrong we take it out of our system, however, when they send us a new work order for the same customer, it gets put back in the system as a new number. Unfortunately, Climate King, LLC is not allowed back at my house. The technician called my phone & told me that he was calling American Homeshield to request for us a new air conditioner unit. Instead he lied & told them that it seems like we have been having this problem for a while and that American Home shield should not fix our problem with the air conditioner. I have looked into you claim and its shows that the technician did call into your warranty and tell them that your unit is beyond repair and needs to be replaced.
