Extremely knowledgeable and personable. Clyde initially seemed and was more trustworthy than any other lender i spoke with. I appreciate the time he took to explain things i didn’t know. He offered a number of additional resources as well.

We loved working with Clyde’s team. From the get go he hopped on a phone call with me and went over our entire situation with me and gave me a game plan to get my DTI where it needed to be in order to close on the house that we already had under contract! The closing did get delayed one day due to communication issues between multiple parties but one day wasn’t a huge deal in the grand scheme. This was our first time purchasing and we used a VA loan.

Let me just say that Clyde is the man! My wife and I decided to start looking to buy a house right before our lease ran out, so we were on a time crunch. We were pretty lost about the process so she contacted Zillow about a house she was interested in. Zillow referred us a realtor who referred us to a lender (not APM).
