Looking for a mortgage broker? Clyde Penton will take care of you. After being told we couldn't be closed before June 3X by the builders broker, Clyde simply asked us, "What day would you like to close?" We picked what we thought was a very aggressive date, Clyde and his team closed us 2 WEEKS earlier than we asked for! When you want to buy a house, the last thing you want to hear about is all of the potential pitfalls, you want someone who mitigates those without even bothering you about them. Thanks Clyde!

This was my very first home buying experience and I had lots of questions. He answered my call or text in a timely manner - even the late night ones! Clyde was so patient with me and explained everything along the way. He was positive from the first call to the last call. He is very knowledgeable about the market and the lending process. He put my mind at ease when it came to some difficult decisions that had to be made. I would highly recommend him to anyone but especially to a first time home buyer.

After spending months working with someone else just to have them walk away for no apparent reason, I was able to get Clyde to help at 10 PM that night! It has been amazing to work with him, and he's never hesitated on explaining anything and everything. He's always been extremely responsive, even on weekends or late at night. I appreciate everything he's done for us.

I could not have had a better experience. Clyde is simply the best. He stays on top of things, checks and double checks rates and kept me as the home buyer up to date. Clyde is very knowledgeable in his field of study. Three times throughout my home buying process, I called Clyde to seek his advice. I hope to have moved into my forever home, but in the event we move again, Clyde will be my first choice. Clyde was great, he helped us buy our first home. He was quick to respond to any question we had and help the process for home ownership go every smooth. We found him through the homes for heroes program and we are very thankful.

Clyde was very helpful, knowledgeable, always on time. I must of called him like million times a day and he would always answer all of my questions and was always so polite. I definitely recommend him. He helped us buy our 1st dream house.

I never had any issues with Mr Penton. He was very helpful and always returned my calls in a timely manner. He always answered my questions whenever I had them. No issues.
