Our entire experience with CMR Construction and Roofing was a positive one. From start to finish, every person with whom we had contact was pleasant and knowledgeable and, most of all, helpful. No issue was too small for them to address, and at no time were we made to feel as if we were a nuisance. A special acknowledgement should be made to ****** *******, who was in regular communication with us. *** handled the entire case for my home roof from a weather incident. They handled the entire process and were constantly following up with updates and touch-bases. Kudos to the specialist who handled our case, ****** *****, who was readily available whenever we had issues or questions and was even proactively keeping us updated without us asking. *** just completed my re roof project. **** *******, the supervisor on site expedited the entire project from a total stand still until completion. He was always there for me and was able to help me reach the highest authority to resolve problems. Furthermore, he personally rectified damages caused during tear off. Without Tobys help, I might searching for resolutions and completion. I would recommend CMR for any of your roofing needs.

The subcontractor *************** who did our roof were easy to work with and did a beautiful job. Since communication for the job had to go through CMR, the communication was sometimes difficult. The one *** employee that stood out in my mind was *** *******. She was very helpful and friendly and gave me the information that I needed.

I have to say, that with the enormous amount of damage many of us ********** suffered, CMR definitely had their challenges. Despite the delays in completion, of which I can certainly understand why based on the huge workload they had to deal with, I am very pleased with the outcome.
