We was sorry to read that CMR was no longer BBB recommended. When we checked 3/23, they were well reviewed, BBB recommended. Our experience with *** was overall very positive, although the time delays from contracting to the actual time of roof install (contracted 3/23, installed 8/24) was very frustrating. However, in fairness, that was really outside of their control. The factors causing delays included: ***************** delays. Just after hurricane ***, **** ***** from CMR inspected and confirmed we had damage to our roof that warranted replacement. I researched and found that *** was one of the top roofing companies in the country so I signed a contract with them to replace the roof. The claim took almost 2 years to settle and during that time I was hearing a lot of bad things about **** business practices so I wanted to back out of my contract.
