We were not happy with the initial process of the sales team and dealing with the process of getting our insurance company to cover some cost of the roof. However, once it went to production ***** was very helpful and the process of taking down the old roof and putting the new one up went smooth and we are happy with the outcome.

It was a long process from beginning to end, but overall, I am very satisfied with CMR construction. When ***** ***** Took over as my representative I felt much more at ease as every email was answered promptly and every time he said someone was going to show up on a certain date and Materials were going to be delivered, It happened. I have and would recommend CMR construction to others, and would highly recommend asking for ***** ***** to be your representative

We had significant damage to our roof following Hurricane ****. *** were recommended to us by a friend. We have a very large roof that required specialty tiles. *** was my main contact at *** and he spent a lot of time with us before the project began to make sure we were going to get what we were looking for. *** also kept us abreast of timelines and progress throughout. Everything went well after the insurance company approved my claim. I've read the complaints by others and I must say that once ******* ***** became the liaison person everything ran smoothly. She returned all my calls, emails and text messages in a timely fashion. I changed my roofing tile color 3 times and she was friendly and helpful each step of the way. ***** ***** is responsible. He did wonderful job. The roof project cannot finish smoothly without him. Why I didnt give 5 stars? At beginning too many people contact me on the behalf of ***. This made me very confusion.
