We had significant damage to our roof following Hurricane ****. *** were recommended to us by a friend. We have a very large roof that required specialty tiles. *** was my main contact at *** and he spent a lot of time with us before the project began to make sure we were going to get what we were looking for. *** also kept us abreast of timelines and progress throughout. Everything went well after the insurance company approved my claim. I've read the complaints by others and I must say that once ******* ***** became the liaison person everything ran smoothly. She returned all my calls, emails and text messages in a timely fashion. I changed my roofing tile color 3 times and she was friendly and helpful each step of the way.
