This review is my personal experience. My case goes back to hurricane ***. It took over two years fighting the ****************** *** recommended a law firm which aided in my settlement.. Once that stage was complete, the re-roofing was done very smoothly. The delivery of the tiles was smooth, along with initial stacking. The installation was done within 4 days after that. I was kept abreast of the whole process. I am aware of earlier issues with CMR, but my experience was very good.
*** did a terrific job for us once the insurance company settled. *** took over and worked diligently to get us all of the required paperwork for our Association and for the permitting process they managed. All of the personnel were exceptional to work with from order entry to final production. Our contact person for installation was *** ******* and she communicated every step of the way to keep us informed as to what was going to happen and when.
