I have been taking my cats there for over 30 yrs, I remember when they started and Linda made house calls, after 30 yrs of never haveing a problem and always having excellent care for the my cat especially my cat is a little Hellion only when he has to go to the vets, like most animals they are scared, well I took my cat in for a visit and they know that my cat will scratch or bite if you try and get him out of his carrier it even says it on his file, so wouldn't that tell you to proceed with caution and use proper safety eq... read more
Costs here are extremely high compared to the costs of my vet in Southern California. The vet also takes a long time to follow up with test results. I had to call multiple times to remind the vet to call me back with results (I was told the results had arrived and the vet would call me one day, but she ended up not calling me).
When Pacifica Pet Hospital was too busy we were referred here and received excellent service. A few days after our visit the clinic called to make sure our cat was ok. a few months later and this place never ever answers the phone. i think their outta business.
