These guys are cat experts! Pets have been in our household for a long time. We have the utmost gratitude and confidence in Dr. Glahn and her staff. Thank you for taking care of George and Maxie for so many years! Sadly, both cats passed away this year. During the final months of each of our cats' lives, not only were both cats being taken care of medically, but Dr. Glahn and her staff made sure we were doing fine emotionally. Dr. Glahn is the best! She and her staff took exceptional care of my little baby kitten when he was having such uncomfortable GI issues. She was so easily accessible, and even responded to emails on her days off out of concern for my little one. She is clearly extremely dedicated to her work, and GENUINELY cares about our furry babies. I can't thank her and her staff enough for everything they've done for us.

A little out of the way, but you will be glad to find this place! We've been taking our cats here since they opened, and I won't take them anywhere else. The least stressful possible option for kitty care, and every single person who works here is awesome and committed to giving the clients (feline and human) the best possible care.
Some of the best customer you will get from a vet. Dr. Glahn and Dr. Couture are easy to reach and they really care about each patient. You cannot say the same about other vet offices in San Francisco area.
The staff here is excellent. I've been going here since 1998 and once had 7 cats. They took care of all of them until the end of their lives. Right now I have one elderly survivor from that original group. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cat vet.
The vet was fantastic and thorough. The ladies at the front office were sweet, efficient and knew what they were doing. I always take my beloved to regular vets. I'm glad I decided to go to cat only. It Wasn't as hectic or stressful for my girl without the dogs. She needed pretty much a full service, shots, labs, first visit. I didn't pass out when I got the final bill. LOL I also like that the vet doesn't like to give multiple vaccines in one visit. My cat has allergic reactions to this. So, I go back next month and shock... read more

Very friendly and caring staff. Unlike other vet offices, doctors / care providers seem genuinely concerned with the health and well-being of the animals first, before sales / profits. Because of this, I trust the recommendations they make for services/procedures and products. Follow up and accountability is excellent. This is my favorite vet clinic ever! Dr. Cathy Glahn can diagnose better than most MDs! We took our Himalayan over there this morning. We were worried about discharge from his nose. I said that he got stung by a bee. Husband said that he got a foxtail up his nose. Dr. Glahn quietly continued to examine him and found a puncture mark then looked for corresponding puncture marks and found them plus a long scratch on his tongue. He'd been bitten.
