I used to really like Southwest Pediatrics. However, with their practice growing it has gone extremely downhill. Their office staff is rude and acts bothered if you ask them questions. Although they have a sick side and well side it is a completely false sense of security because they do nothing to stop all of the sick kids that go over to play with the toys on the well side. Just tried to establish my 14 year old son as a new patient. They are not accepting new patients over the age of 2... WTF????

I used to really like Southwest Pediatrics. I always requested Dr. Shah. Over the last three years, however, I have really lost confidence in this practice. In my opinion, they have gotten too big for their pants. The practice has grown so much in size that the doctors have lost any personal touch they may have had in the past. My children have been going here for almost 8 years. We came to Southwest Pediatrics because of Dr. Shah. When we first started we saw Dr. Shah all the time. Now we never see him. It seems like there is always a new doctor when we go in. Wondering why the high turn over rate? This last week I tried calling on two separate days to get one of my children in for an illness.
