Everything and everyone at this office is amazing, especially Dr.Hitesh Shah and his medical assistant Maria. It's very transparent they love what they do. I've never stepped foot in that building until I had my first boy who is now 3, and today I can honestly say they feel like family. I feel as a parent I can be a little over the top in my expectations, I contact the office pretty regularly any time I have any minor questions or concerns. I'm not one to leave reviews because I have three small kids and don't really have time these days. This is hands down the BEST office I have EVER been to!!! From the front office staff to the girls in the back to the nurse practitioners to the doctors!!! The most friendly, competent, caring and personable office!! This is the only place my children have been to and are super comfortable and never fuss about going to the doctors because it's a positive experience even after getting their shots. I've never had trouble with a provider at this office. The front desk is efficient and friendly. I like Dr.Pardo although I don't agree with her stance on "sleep-training", she is straight forward and experienced. It always feels clean and organized.
I love this practice. I like a couple of the providers more than others but that is to be expected anywhere. They are confident, kinds, can get you in with almost no notice for emergencies, give great instructions over the phone, have a great website. We had to leave due to our insurance change but look forward to coming back as soon as we can !!

I take both of my boys to Dr. Amin. We absolutely love her!!! If she's not available, they schedule us with another provider ASAP, typically within hours of my call. Would recommend this practice to everyone.
I love my son's pediatrician! He has an ear infection and I needed him to see a doctor as soon as possible. I called his doctor to see if they had an early morning appointment and they said they had one tonight as they just extended their hours. I'm so grateful because my son can start his meds tonight. So we get there and they conduct the exam, and the whole time the doctor is being silly and goofy WITH my son and he's just eating it all up. Just has my baby on Saturday and Dr. Shah came to the hospital to check him. Right away I felt at ease with his presence and knowledge. I scheduled a follow up visit with him and liked him even more. The staff is also wonderful. Very personable and efficient. Thank you so much for the great service. I was worried about taking our little one to the doctor, and now, I feel so great about our decision to take him to Southwest Pediatrics. I will refer every parent I know!
We have been going to Southwest Pediatrics for 14 years now! Dr. Shah was my son's doctor when he was a baby. Back then, I wasn't so fond of his bedside manner, so we switched to Dr. Santiago because she is so sweet and will make you feel so comfortable with her. Now, That being said, I just had a baby 5 months ago so now we are at their new office every few months and I am so relieved to have this doctor's office for my daughter!!
