this review is based on the apts leasing manager Ciara she's the first welcoming face when you walk in and tbh she gets the job done reassures you lets you know she has your back with whatever issue you have definitely couldn't have asked for a better experience here thank you for being you ciara you definitely make these apartments feel like HOME know you are appreciated !

Being as unbiased as possible. DONT LIVE HERE. the maintenance is awful they never respond we had mold inside the ventilation and the ceiling and they just painted over it. there's cracks in the walls and thresholds of the apartment and the roach infestation is insane literally unsafe to live in these apartments and they don't care. they add miscellaneous charges to up charge rent. if I could rate 0 management should be fired and apartments should be condemned.

Maintenance does not respond to work call so if something is wrong you breed know how to fix it yourself. They do not clean and repair the apartments before you move in so demand to see the apartment before you sign the lease(we didn't see attached pictures) The ventilation is filthy and all your belongs will be covered in dust. All in all it's been a gross year and we are moving out soon. MILITARY Members yall got to much stress at work do not move here!

I put in a maintenance call concerning my air conditioner. The thermostat is set at 75, but the temperature in the apartment will not go below 79. It will be in the 80's today and tomorrow. This has happened before. This is ridiculous.

I am researching apartments to relocate to the Virginia Beach area and had the misfortune of calling Coastline. Horrid customer service. Incredibly rude, curt, and downright dismissive. The person I spoke to was named Tayesha (I may have the spelling incorrect). She answered the phone like she didn't want to be there. We went to the main office and they sent us to the maintenance office and said they can't do anything and that we should call the city. Given the seriousness of the matter, we will make the report to the city tomorrow.

This is happening in my sister's apartment. She has reported it on multiple occasions and no one has resolved it. There are rats and mold.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I paid my security deposit and first months rent almost a month ahead of our move in date and they told us everything was fine and ready! THE DAY OF MOVE IN when we went to go get our key the said that the renovated apartment we paid for was not ready and they did not paint it!
