does not answer the phone when you call. Communication is garbage. Imagine that when you have a maintenance issue or problems with pests.

By far the worst apartment complex you can stay at , I cannot wait for my lease to be up..roach clean out was suppose to happen no letter nothing , I called a month later to check the status was told they would come July 10th no show was told they would come July 11th still no show just for Ron to lie and tell me no one remember having that conversation with me and when I get to the rent office I'm told "oh I remember the conversation now " but no one can explain why lest control never came ..they pretend Kacey Usser always ... read more

After Living Here For A Few Months, The Worst Apartment For The Price. Wouldn't Recommend.

So much i could say but im not i DO NOT RECOMMEND ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THEY MONEY !!! & the apartments are trash for the pricing is not worth it . Paper thin walls . No where to park , dirty hall ways , maintenance comes when you not home after 2 months of you putting in work order , they over charge & make u pay for you neighbors high a@$ water bill its insane the list goes on & on

SO MANY RED FLAGS! Coastline lost my personal info (Name, Fowarding Address) multiple times. Lost their own key for maintenance on my apartment. I Lived with RATS for around 2 months with NOTHING being done about the situation and having Inconsistent or no clean sanitation ( no hot water ) during the same time. Talked with my fellow neighbors & found out the entire building was infested & nothing was done. RENTERS BEWARE!! I lived here for 5 yrs they have changed property management so many times and it never changed anything. But the rent increase They have an awful office manager whom I never seen when there was an issue to resolve.whoever she is, she is awful and need to be replaced immediately. They are contaminated with big cockroaches and they patch everything up to make it look good, never really fixing the issue. These apartments are the worst ever! they over charge on vent and CIARA THOMAS is rude with a terrible attitude to be working in a management position. When you put in maintenance request they say they fixed it but never even came to your apartmemy. I have been trying to find another apartment bc my lease ends October 13th and they won't even reply to the other complex to verify any information. This complex SUCKs!

This apartment complex is....a piece of work to say the least. To start, there is black mold IN THE APARTMENT. They said it is "due to our environment" but I've visited friends in the same area and they don't have black mold. This could be helped by preventative maintenance but they are ALWAYS understaffed in their maintenance department making it impossible to get anything fixed in a timely manner. My fridge gave out and it took me calling them twice before they came to replace it, but I had to throw out ALL of my food. Th... read more

So glad we only have one month left here. It's the only apartment complex I've lived in and wouldn't care to live in another one bc of our experience. Our fire extinguisher has been empty since we moved here, which was documented on the move in sheet but never replaced. We heard gunshots almost every weekend during some months, there was a shooting right beside our apartment building not long ago, things have been stolen out of my bf's truck and then someone stole my car....when I notified the leasing office about my car bei... read more
