rats, roaches, mold, car robberies terrible neighborhood do not move here, they also take the security deposit no matter if your apartment is clean or not, or if anything is broken

when I initially moved here, an hour before I was to move in I was told my 2 bedroom first floor apartment had not been finished. I was put into a 1 bedroom second floor bc that's all they had for MORE money. since day one, nothing but problems. leaking roof, ceiling fell I , black mold from all the water. It has been since JANUARY and the ceiling is still in disrepai. bathroom and kitchin sink pipes burst, air conditioning stopped running. But bc I'm upset, I still need to be proffesional. Make sure you get your car state inspection done before you move here. They never brought that up to me and my roommate. There are small things that need to be work on in the apartment.

0 stars if i could. moved in doors were off the hinges , carpet was SOAKED in pet urine . they loved us in a unit that someone just moved out of 5 hours prior. they are INFESTED with roaches . will charge you for pest control and never come. been there for almost 3 years and never once seen pest control. the management is trash and act stupid when you call. the property manager is a drunk . and the maintenance manager is an addict. still being charged for things after i moved out as well.. do not go here . car was broken in... read more

Absolutely the worst apartment complex you can live ..they will win you in with a low security deposit then boom 3 months later your water bill for a small apartment is $300 (third party yes management) if you don't pay it it shows as if your rent is late !!I finally put my notice to vacate in ,it couldn't have came fast enough ..I ask heather if I could leave early when it get closer to it (literally like 3 weeks early cause I found a place ) she lied and said just check in with us when it get closer we may have some lead ... read more

Was supposed to move into an apartment on 24 August and found out on the day of move-in that it was not available and that I would have to move into a different apartment that had cosmetic issues. As I was doing the move-in process of the five day evaluation of previous damages many things were noted as a not working/ broken dryer or working dishwasher. 3 1/2 weeks later, they still have not been fixed. I Have Mold In My Apartment And Its Making Me Have A Terrible Reaction To It. Its Been Months Since I Told Them My Patio Floods All The Time. Now, Mold Is Affecting Me & My Child & Heather At The Office Said There Is Nothing That Can Be Done. To Deal With It As If I Dont Have A Child. Highly Recommend To Stay Away If You Plan On Moving Here.

Upon moving in our first apartment actually wasn't available on move in day because the ceiling had fell in, they put us in another apartment that was ." renovated" for 100$ more per month. I was not giving my parking pass upon signing my lease so the first night my car was towed and i had to pay $250 to get it out, that was not reimbursed. The first night we saw 2 big cockroaches and infestation of flies.
