I suggest people to avoid them as much as possible. I utilize them for Home loan finance, and they simply lie at every stage. They show great speed. My GFE and closing cost had huge difference (Almost $15000). Also they cannot offer the competitive rate. So please ensure that you compare the rate with big banks. Please do not blindly trust the value they share. I found it is a cheap practice they follow. Work with seller to have some realistic closing date so that you do not have to rush.Please avoid them if possible.

We couldn't have asked for more when it came to Cody's team. Amanda was delightful and super helpful! She followed up with us every Tuesday as well as answering my many questions within minutes throughout the day. Cody was very knowledgeable and was always available to answer questions we had along the way. This was our first purchase of a home and we would most certainly use this team again!!

I wouldn't recommend them. We started this process without a house in mind. We were very clear about our budgeting and sought guidance for what house equaled what payment. We got very far into the process before we were given a mortgage payment much more than our budgeted amount. Not until we threated to call off the process did Cody make some adjustments. Cody and his team were amazing! From the very get-go they were on top of everything, and responded quickly and professionally to any and all of my emails and phone calls [and there were many]. I was constantly kept aware of what was going on, and where I was in the process of the loan paperwork. Everyone on Cody's staff, Cody included, made the process super easy, and stress free. I've been in the New Home Sales business for several years now and have worked with many Lenders but none as efficient and courteous as the team at NRL. They were excellent at follow-up and ensuring all went well at closing.....especially since this time I was the buyer. It was great to experience what my buyers were going to experience. Now I can inform them, firsthand, what to expect from NRL.....the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Being self employed and getting a mortgage done can feel damn near impossible, unless you are working with Cody Reid and NRL. Cody comes to deal with your problems like a guy coming to a knife fight with a flame thrower. I.e. He is resourceful and engineers smart and ethical options that overcome the hurdles in your path. He and his team go above and beyond when dealing with problems.
