Cody and his phenomenal team (Heather, Lori, Kylie) were exceptional to work with. I was a first-time home buyer, extremely nervous and leery of the whole process. When I made the first call to get my pre approval I was so nervous and as a first time home buyer I had no clue what I was getting myself into. Cody understood and made sure I was always well informed through out the entire process. His friendly attitude made it easy to ask questions & feel comfortable. I highly recommend him.
Cody was very knowledgeable and resourceful regarding the interest rates and home loan options. He was persistent and determined to lock in the best rate for me. I was very happy that he was able to complete the closing in two weeks. I have referred friends to him this year and I will continue to refer potential buyers to him.
