Their auto KYC process is a broke mess, and support is non existent. Oh hey, I know we are broke and can't use our platform, but we'll get back to you on Monday. Monday comes along oh hey this looks complicated, I'm going to reset everything and you can try again, then our expert will contact you tomorrow. Try KYC again, sorry we're still broke, ha ha. Contact silence It's Tuesday, I better check email for update. Empty. Well maybe the online ticket got updated. Nothing.

Absolutely awful! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Never used this app, never used any information on this app, followed all their guidelines perfectly. Has account be manually reviewed and still denied. Literally the response as to why it was denied is LITERALLY BLANK! The email quote literally says, "you're profile can't be approved at this time, here are the reason(s) why, And that's the end of the email...

I am in current contact with customer support for a week or so. I'll be filing with FTC soon. Worse than the CoinZoom Pro app and customer support is incompetent. Already KYC'd but their app glitched upon simple change of address. All attempts to re-register have failed due to improper coding on their apps back end as well as /register web page. They are refusing to release my funds even after sending them a selfie with ID and holding recent utility bill for proof of address change!
