Their auto KYC process is a broke mess, and support is non existent. Oh hey, I know we are broke and can't use our platform, but we'll get back to you on Monday. Absolutely awful! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Never used this app, never used any information on this app, followed all their guidelines perfectly. Has account be manually reviewed and still denied. Literally the response as to why it was denied is LITERALLY BLANK! The email quote literally says, "you're profile can't be approved at this time, here are the reason(s) why, And that's the end of the email...
This app will not download even though the site reads available for my phone. It is necessary for me to be able to conduct some important business that the company dealing with insist I use this company. The support staff have tried to help but their assistance has failed also
I need help!!!!! We have tried to get on for three days. I have family in Tunisia and need to send funds. It has been very frustrating. It says it will send a code and never could find it any where.
I am in current contact with customer support for a week or so. I'll be filing with FTC soon. Worse than the CoinZoom Pro app and customer support is incompetent. Already KYC'd but their app glitched upon simple change of address. All attempts to re-register have failed due to improper coding on their apps back end as well as /register web page. They are refusing to release my funds even after sending them a selfie with ID and holding recent utility bill for proof of address change!
