Had crypto in here, they appeared decent. Came back 2 years later and every cent had been taken from "inactivity fees". Ive never even heard of a crypto app doing this. Unbelievable. Seen below, coinzoom asked me to reach out. I did so and they just pointed me toward fine print terms and conditions. They charge 100s of dollars in fees and can take everything. Do NOT use this platform. I lost 100s to them.

Absolutely abysmal company/ crypto provider DO NOT USE THIS APP!. Today 1/12/2024 i finally logged into my account after about 4 years to check out my Shiba and to see they have taken all my Shiba coin in Inactive fees. They also charge extortionate amount to transfer to another app. Adhere this warning like many other have with their 1 star reviews.

Just a suggestion. Your app goes past the notification area at the top of the screen and the camera cutout. You also have buttons up there that the end up underneath the time such as the Lite vs Pro setting. Therefore I need to rotate the screen to change that.

#1 reason you SHOULD NOT use coin zoom. They charge "inactivity fees" if you leave your funds for too long. Looks like $1-2 a month fee, not entirely sure because after a year THEY TAKE IT ALL. Completely emptied my account. $2-3k just gone. Stolen, but legally. So yeah, choose an exchange that won't take your money if you hold for a while.

Inactivity fees are bs. Plus they won't let you withdraw past a certain value so it's forever on their system. UI isn't too great either. There are better options out there fyi. Never using again.
