Overall had a good experience. At first I thought it wasn't going to go well because the technician that was supposed to come called me and told me he was going to a doctors appointment and was not able to make it. That was a big disappointment since I took the day off to wait for him but when I called the office the manager on duty was very kind and she did everything in her power to make up for it. GILBERT, from Coit Cleaning Services just left after thoroughly Cleaning out all of our ventilation systems. He did his job with a smile even though he had to drive a very long way to our house in the North Bay. I very much appreciate his patience and the quality of his work.

I moved into a new house on July 1, and the carpets had not been cleaned. Ugh. Having heard COIT commercials for years, I made a call, got a free estimate, got a very fair and discounted quote by a very nice employee, and then Michael came out and did a fabulous job! Carpet looks and feels great - thank you COIT!!!

My beige bedroom carpets look like new and so do my throw rugs. I am so pleased with the work that Michael did. The entry to the bedrooms had spots and dirt that I did not think would come out but they are gone! Courteous, thoughtful (he took the thin throw rug outside and placed it on a mat so that my vinyl floor would not get anything on it) and punctual hits all the marks for me. Thank you Michael and thank you Coit for your 50% off sale.

I just had my tiled kitchen floor cleaned by Wes Doyle from COIT in Santa Rosa, and I can't believe how incredible it looks. These are old tiles which I had cleaned when I moved in 3 years ago. That company did an OK job, but the floor never looked really clean. I assumed that this was the best they could do. Not so! When Wes was finished with my kitchen, the tiles looked clean and bright, with most of the dinge removed from the grout. I am so delighted with the quality and service from COIT. I loving having a clean house. I have tried the other options out there, but I have to say that their method of "extraction" is the preferred method of professional cleaning for me. It just gets the dirt out of my house as apposed to febreezing it or using a steamer which causes stains to set. Believe me, I am a renter. So, I have obsessed over clean carpets to ensure that I get my deposit back.Now, as far as the price goes, I think they are reasonable and with a lot of things in this world you pay for quality. Had coit do my hardwood floors very happy with the job,also our tile shower. Had him clean the carpet in our 5th wheel did a great job .yes a little expensive but we are glad to have it done.
