My beige bedroom carpets look like new and so do my throw rugs. I am so pleased with the work that Michael did. The entry to the bedrooms had spots and dirt that I did not think would come out but they are gone! Courteous, thoughtful (he took the thin throw rug outside and placed it on a mat so that my vinyl floor would not get anything on it) and punctual hits all the marks for me. Thank you Michael and thank you Coit for your 50% off sale.

I just had my tiled kitchen floor cleaned by Wes Doyle from COIT in Santa Rosa, and I can't believe how incredible it looks. These are old tiles which I had cleaned when I moved in 3 years ago. That company did an OK job, but the floor never looked really clean. I assumed that this was the best they could do. Not so! When Wes was finished with my kitchen, the tiles looked clean and bright, with most of the dinge removed from the grout. I am so delighted with the quality and service from COIT. I loving having a clean house. I have tried the other options out there, but I have to say that their method of "extraction" is the preferred method of professional cleaning for me. It just gets the dirt out of my house as apposed to febreezing it or using a steamer which causes stains to set. Believe me, I am a renter. So, I have obsessed over clean carpets to ensure that I get my deposit back.Now, as far as the price goes, I think they are reasonable and with a lot of things in this world you pay for quality. Had coit do my hardwood floors very happy with the job,also our tile shower. Had him clean the carpet in our 5th wheel did a great job .yes a little expensive but we are glad to have it done.

Coit did an OK job on my home today. Was not a very big space and the carpet was stained heavily, but I feel like I could of done just a good of or even better job by going to home depot and renting a contractor rug cleaner. The man who did our carpet was wes, he was very nice and very funny. All around a great guy. I just feel like the equipment he used could of done a better job of getting the stains out. An update on my prior review: I have been overwhelmed by the outstanding approach to service recovery by the corporate arm of Coit. They are going above and beyond to make this right beginning with a re-do of the carpet today which looks much better. The shower will be next and I expect the same results. When a company acknowledges the issue, apologizes and makes it right, I will use them again!

I would like to say Coit does a GREAT job. Outstanding. My 80 yearold mother had her carpets clean and I had to deal with the nice young girl on the phone she was so helpful. My mom said carpet looks great and the man was very polite and had his shirt tucked in! (She thought that was impressive) LOL!!

These guys came out within half an hour of our call! We had a pipe burst in the bathroom, which had soaked the floor overnight. These guys came out to vacuum up the excess water, so we could do the rest. It's a rental, so we didn't get to meet them there, but they let themselves in, did the job, and when I went up later to set up fans and a dehumidifier, they had already been there and done a great job. wow.
