These guys came out within half an hour of our call! We had a pipe burst in the bathroom, which had soaked the floor overnight. These guys came out to vacuum up the excess water, so we could do the rest. It's a rental, so we didn't get to meet them there, but they let themselves in, did the job, and when I went up later to set up fans and a dehumidifier, they had already been there and done a great job. wow.

Excellent service, courteous phone and cleaning service people. Great job, Coit! Carpet looks great, dried very quickly even though it was cool and damp outside.

I had air duct, carpet and other cleaning done on the home we're about to move into. Nick did a great job! He was pleasant and went overboard to do everything we needed. No odor afterword and it all looks great. I highly recommend this service.

After 6+ years of use, I truly needed my Hunter Douglas Silhouettes cleaned. 1. I didn't know where to go or who to call and 2. I was worried about the cost. I believe I looked on Yahoo Local and found Coit Draperies. They came, gave me an estimate (free estimate) and then the following week, they came back took my blinds down, took them to the plant and had them cleaned. They then came back, re-installed my blinds and they look almost as good as new. All that for $149.00 - I am very impressed!

No, the price quoted was $350. The price I paid was over $1,000. I will NOT be recommending Coit to anyone.

My husband requested air duct cleaning for our house, scheduled for a Monday. They cancelled and rescheduled for Tuesday. They cancelled and rescheduled for Wednesday, saying they would let us know when the day before. The time was then set for 2-4 pm, and a technician would call a half hour before coming. We are in the middle of a house renovation and put everything on hold so the ducts would be accessible. My husband an I are moving and needed a professional carpet clean. The young man that came to do it was pleasant and agreeable enough. However, the carpets didn't get clean and some were not even moist so I suspect he didn't even touch them with the cleaner. He was in and out in 1 hour and $200 later I still need a professional cleaning done.

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE for Santa Rosa Fire Couple Our area is destroyed by the fire, we just returned home after a month. I scheduled an appointment to have our carpets, tile and curtains cleaned. The lady scheduled an appointment for Friday. The man showed up, wrote us an estimate, told us the job was too big for him and he needed another man, took our curtains and left. We had some smoke damage to our house and needed cleaning and deodorizing done to our floors and carpets. We scheduled the service and when the tech arrived he said the job required two techs not one. He gave us a written estimate and we rescheduled with the office. They arrived late and said the estimate was incorrect. They would not honor the estimate, we called the office and the manager was rude and that call did not end well. The techs left and we have scheduled the service, at a lower price, with a competitor.
