WORST experience ever!! They over charged and took my blinds 200 miles away and told me we have to pick them up and install them back ourselves and we paid $1000.00 for 4 blinds. to get cleaned and we had to drive 200 miles and pay $1000.00 to get our binds. I highly don't recommend these folks...

A while back I wrote an unfavorable review of Coit for the way they handled our request to clean a sofa and drapes. That review does not seem to be available now, but there have been new developments. I didn't have my checkbook handy, so I gave them a credit card. They did not use an electronic device but wrote down my credit card number on an old fashioned credit slip. Some days later someone used my credit card number fraudulently. Very disappointed in the job to steam clean my saltillo tile floors. The before and after difference is negligible and it cost me $850. I pointed out the stains that were left after the treatment, but the worker made no attempt to remove them. I could have done a better job with a mop and a pail of soapy water--for free.

I had Coit do my countertops right before I moved into my place. They did a GREAT job (altho, the guy told me he'd leave me some grout sealer as he didn't do the area around the sink (as it was being replaced) and then never left it). My review is on their customer service for another service I was going to have done based on their past performance. Had Coit come out to clean the carpet in my 25 foot trailer. Also he cleaned a very small trailer couch and bench. I was very pleased with the results but it was expensive.....329.00 for a 2 by 2 carpet and upholstery. I would not use them again due to price.

BAIT AND SWITCH! Coit is running a 40% discount of all services. I decided to give them a try and they came out to give me an estimate of $83 for my living room and hallway. I also had them give me an estimate on my air ducts. I said no thanks to the air duct and scheduled my carpets for this past weekend. The technicians showed up and said oh sorry its only $83 IF you also did the air ducts otherwise we have a $151 min service charge!!!!!! The absolute worst carpet cleaning company I have ever used ! This was my first and last time ever to use Coit ! Once my carpet dried all kinds of new spots emerged . My carpet was left very wet and full of carpet cleaning solution . My carpet looked better before I had Coit clean it ! Would not suggest using Coit ! Very disappointed !""

Coit came today and we were very disappointed. Even though wood floor cleaning was listed on their web site, the tech said Coit does not do wood floors because no one had been trained to do wood floors. Only one person was sent to the job so we had to help move furniture. The shower tile was cleaned however the fixtures are now badly tarnished and now we need to try to figure how to restore the fixture's finish, The tech wanted to clean the area rugs on site. We hired Coit to clean entire home - carpet (4 yrs old) and tile. $900 would buy us a team here of their best for an entire day with the grout being hand scrubbed with hard brush. Well, 1 person showed up until we called and a new hire was sent a few hours later - no brush scrubbing on the grout - they left mid afternoon - and after all dried carpets still not clean - they were t THAT dirty to start with only 2 adults living here.
