HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE for Santa Rosa Fire Couple Our area is destroyed by the fire, we just returned home after a month. I scheduled an appointment to have our carpets, tile and curtains cleaned. The lady scheduled an appointment for Friday. The man showed up, wrote us an estimate, told us the job was too big for him and he needed another man, took our curtains and left. We had some smoke damage to our house and needed cleaning and deodorizing done to our floors and carpets. We scheduled the service and when the tech arrived he said the job required two techs not one. He gave us a written estimate and we rescheduled with the office. They arrived late and said the estimate was incorrect. They would not honor the estimate, we called the office and the manager was rude and that call did not end well. The techs left and we have scheduled the service, at a lower price, with a competitor.

Just had Coit do my carpets. Carpets were relatively clean with some minimal cat stains in a few corners and dark lines under some doors were carpet seams were. The stains were not gone and I would have paid for spot removal if it was brought up. I was not given the chance...not told they needed extra attention to remove them. So, I ended up on my hands and knees cleaning the spots myself. Lazy technician just doing minimal work. I asked how long he had worked for them...5 years! Lazy. Very disappointed. Not a good cleaning. Never will call again. They way over charge for the job they do. Had carpets cleaned in bedrooms 3. He was done in 45 minutes. I was not happy.

WORST experience ever!! They over charged and took my blinds 200 miles away and told me we have to pick them up and install them back ourselves and we paid $1000.00 for 4 blinds. to get cleaned and we had to drive 200 miles and pay $1000.00 to get our binds. I highly don't recommend these folks...

A while back I wrote an unfavorable review of Coit for the way they handled our request to clean a sofa and drapes. That review does not seem to be available now, but there have been new developments. I didn't have my checkbook handy, so I gave them a credit card. They did not use an electronic device but wrote down my credit card number on an old fashioned credit slip. Some days later someone used my credit card number fraudulently. Now, I am not accusing the workmen or anyone else of a crime; it could have been a coin... read more

Very disappointed in the job to steam clean my saltillo tile floors. The before and after difference is negligible and it cost me $850. I pointed out the stains that were left after the treatment, but the worker made no attempt to remove them. I could have done a better job with a mop and a pail of soapy water--for free.

I had Coit do my countertops right before I moved into my place. They did a GREAT job (altho, the guy told me he'd leave me some grout sealer as he didn't do the area around the sink (as it was being replaced) and then never left it). My review is on their customer service for another service I was going to have done based on their past performance. Had Coit come out to clean the carpet in my 25 foot trailer. Also he cleaned a very small trailer couch and bench. I was very pleased with the results but it was expensive.....329.00 for a 2 by 2 carpet and upholstery. I would not use them again due to price.
