I had the great fortune to suffer a spectacular water heater failure a few weeks after closing on our house. Even though the water was only gushing out the bottom for less than an hour, the water damage was substantial. No one ever enjoys this type of situation, but I really appreciated Dale's professionalism and great communication during the process of drying out our basement carpets, removing soaked padding, and moving blower fans around to dry the walls. Excellent job!! The technician, John, (#104) did a Superlative job! He was able to work around the furniture as the house is too small to have any place to move it to. The carpets look like new and he even removed what I had thought would be difficult stains but - they're gone! It was efficiently done and left no damp feel in the house - and there were No 'fumes' or chemical odors. Just perfect. I will use COIT again and recommend the service to friends. Just A+

The Coit services yesterday were just great Henry (#292) was spectacular to work with. Cody was also a great representative for Coit. I was surprised by the extra touches and effort expended for my mother. Everything looks, feels and smells so clean! I understand how Coit earns its excellent reputation. Cathy BT

James Parker (#254) came and did an amazing job. Our stairs were HORRIBLE! I didn't think all of the spots would come out of such a high traffic area and he made them look brand new. Thanks James!

I would highly recommend Coit Cleaning and Restoration Services to anyone who is interested in having their carpets cleaned. The superb job done by James Parker # 254 was beyond excellent. James Parker was very professional; his work was done in a timely manner. His estimation of the work ahead of time was "spot on". He was non-pushy, his suggestions were sincere. James and Polo came on time, gave me a reasonable quote, included the coupon savings without being asked, and did a thorough, efficient and excellent cleaning of my carpets. I especially appreciated that James only mentioned other COIT services available, and didn't keep hammering on the point. I HATE the cross-sell that service people are required to do, and I really appreciate it when they use restraint, as james did.
