In preparing a rental property I had COIT clean and seal the wood floors in my entire house. The technicians showed up on time and were very courteous taking time to explain the process. I left them to their work and returned the next morning. To my surprise the floors had appeared to not be cleaned at all! Furthermore, all the smudge marks, some pet hair and other basic debris that would have otherwise been easily removed were now sealed onto the floor. I was EXTREMELY disappointed with Coit. I called a bunch of different companies for quotes to get our sectional cleaned and Coit was by far the cheapest (with a 40% off coupon they said it would only be $95). I told the lady on the phone more than twice it was a sectional and not just a couch because I thought the price was unusually cheap. She assured me it was still going to be $95 and they would get all the stains etc. out! Was told they would move the furniture out of the way as long as we took all the stuff off the tables. The guy didn't move anything. Was up-charged for a carpet deodorizer that smelled nice for one day and did nothing to help with the urine smell that our sick dog had left when she had a urinary tract infection. Sales rep assured us how much better they were than Zerorez but this was not my experience. Completely disappointed.

Will definitely use any other cleaning company other than Coit the next time I need a service that they provide. Baffled by the incompetence and lack of professionalism with their staff.

Used them last year. Really didn't appreciate a stoner pothead in my house.. Seemed like a lot of money for what it was. Next day I got a lot of junk out of my carpet with the vacuum and a lot of the spots are still there. Their van left a big oil spot in the middle of my driveway too. Wasn't too keen on that.

Had to come out twice and the second time the technician left the hose draining on my new area rug...they took the rug and ruined it. They wont stand behind their shoddy work and also delivered my rug to a wrong house 2 blocks away....i will never use them again
