James Parker (#254) came and did an amazing job. Our stairs were HORRIBLE! I didn't think all of the spots would come out of such a high traffic area and he made them look brand new. Thanks James!

I would highly recommend Coit Cleaning and Restoration Services to anyone who is interested in having their carpets cleaned. The superb job done by James Parker # 254 was beyond excellent. James Parker was very professional; his work was done in a timely manner. His estimation of the work ahead of time was "spot on". He was non-pushy, his suggestions were sincere. James and Polo came on time, gave me a reasonable quote, included the coupon savings without being asked, and did a thorough, efficient and excellent cleaning of my carpets. I especially appreciated that James only mentioned other COIT services available, and didn't keep hammering on the point. I HATE the cross-sell that service people are required to do, and I really appreciate it when they use restraint, as james did.

The Coit professionals were a good team of individuals who were consistent in their delivery of quality service. The online site worked well in allowing me to set up my initial appointment for an estimate. The Coit Examiner, came to our home and provided us with a fair estimate. He was friendly, thorough and always professional. Two weeks after, we were ready for the service of getting our carpets cleaned and we added the drapery service. just had my wood floors done by coit and they sent out there best guy Jeff who i have used for my tile cleaning too. Another AWESOME job. can't say enough good things about Jeff and the company he works for COIT!! they have cleaned my carpets, my tiles and now my wood floors. Doesn't get any better! Very, very satisfied and would highly recommend. thanks again for an outstanding job!! :)

We are getting ready to sell our house and figured that we had to get new tiles for our bathrooms because of all the rust stains from our well water. Well, we called COIT and Jeff came out and cleaned all the tiles in the bathrooms and did an awesome job..The tiles look brand new. We are so pleased with the work that Jeff did. He was very personable and he worked very hard to make sure he got those tiles clean.. We would definitely recommend COIT to anyone who needed a great cleaning..
