The Coit professionals were a good team of individuals who were consistent in their delivery of quality service. The online site worked well in allowing me to set up my initial appointment for an estimate. The Coit Examiner, came to our home and provided us with a fair estimate. I have a sectional that needed to be cleaned. When ordering the service online, sectional was not an option so I ordered cleaning for a sofa. When the technicians arrived to do the cleaning I was told that it would be more since it was a sectional. The price ended up being double what I planned to spend. I needed the work to be done so I paid it. Should have done my due diligence and looked at reviews. I probably would not have gone with COIT. I gave them the specific details on the type and recommended cleaning requirements of my wool carpet. No brush due to the fabric loop of the carpet. Not even on the vacuum. They cleaned the carpet and then used a carpet RAKE!! Ruined my very expensive carpet. Destroyed the loops and now it is a fussy mess. Do not use this company!!

Had them out to clean dryer and furnace ducts. The guy never put the blue plastic on the downstairs vents and blew dust through them from upstairs ducts. Basement livingroom and office were left covered in layer of dust when he finished. I had even went upstairs and told him stuff was coming down through the vents and he just was like hmmm. Went online and clicked on Drapery cleaning; asked me how many "PANELS" I had to clean...responded with 8 (4 windows)...gave me a price of $231 which included all costs, fees and taxes. Scheduled service for this morning. Serviceman just came and filled out his paperwork and said I had 8 "some other word"...and he wanted OVER $556!! Hell NO! What a RIP off! Do NOT contact them!
one star is one too many! The estimator shoved furniture around, left it that way, and I didn't hear from Coit for over ten days. the excuse for the delay was COVID. (so all the employees were sick at the same time?) The technician that came to clean was obviously stressed and in a rush to get the job done. Scheduled an appointment for an estimate and even received a confirmation email. Today arrives - no call, no clean team. CallEd the number listed on website - they only have record of family member with same name and that address. None of the information I gave when scheduling seemed to exist. Won't bother calling again.
Paid 380 for a job half complete, Ducts still full of dust including at furnace return
I had coit come out about 8 weeks ago to clean my carpets and a sofa. I had numerous old stains in the carpet. Their employee was very friendly and when he finished he said he got the stains out! It sure looked like he did. But by the next day ALL the stains were back. I don't know what they did other than just get my carpets wet. So I spent some time looking for solutions and finally settled on doing it myself with a mixture of white vinegar, water, and baking powder.
