This review is for the employee, Walter Powell, who took on cleaning project that was challenging especially because our condo for years has not been able to utilize services with large trucks. Due outstanding delays, no large commercial trucks are able to come to our front door or come to the garage-as the clearance is not sufficient. I had a crazy and horrible situation recently where one of my cats went down my air vent. Jordan and Walter came out and put the camera down, and were able to locate the cat. They were there for a few hours trying to locate the animal. We eventually did. Unfortunately the animal wouldn't come out on it's own and I had to open up the drywall AND VENTS, but Jordan and Walter were there for HOURS helping me with this crazy situation. Had a great experience today with my tech and carpet cleaning service. Donte arrived early and took his time: setting up, pre-treating heavily soiled areas and worked his way from upstairs to downstairs. I couldn't believe the results! Didn't have great expectations with the high traffic soiled areas and stairs but I was unexpectedly blown away. My carpet looks gorgeous, the nap is nice, soft and fluffy. I'm amazed and impressed! Totally satisfied! Thanks COIT and Donte!

There were some miscommunications during the scheduling process. I did not get the service done as scheduled. However, the customer representative--- Nicole called me back and kindly resolved all the problems for me. She was beyond professional and understanding for the situation.

Love Coit. I've used them for carpet & upholstery cleanings as well as dryer vent and air duct cleanings with amazing results! I recommend them all the time! They are professional, knowledgeable and do a great job!!!

This was my first time using an air duct and dryer vent cleaning service and I was very impressed. The process from beginning to end was excellent. They followed up with reminders prior to the appointment. The day of the appointment, the serviceman, Sul, was on time. He was great in every way. We did a walk thru of everything that I thought needed to be done. I have been using COIT to clean my dryer vent for years. They do a great job and are always on time and courteous. They have great deals so keep an eye out for their mailings!
