I really do not like doing this but after trying to change my filter in my HVAC last night I had to write this review. The two men who serviced my house were very unpleasant from the start. They showed up thinking I was just getting a quote when I had scheduled the service. Once they started the job this is when I knew there would be a problem. I scheduled carpet cleaning online over a week ago using the NJ office. Not only was I expecting a call back from Nicole to confirm from the web request. I had to call customer service which transfered me to Nicole and schedule because apparenty She doesnt check web request. She scheduled my appointment for 8 -11 AM 9/18. Since a week had past and nobody called me to confirm, I called them the Thursday prior the appt and OMG what a hug inconvenience for Nicole to look it up to confirm. She comes back and confirms. This was the first time I used a duct cleaning service, so my expectations were not outlandish. The Technician that responded was nice enough and seemed to know what he was doing, but also didn't appear to have all the equipment needed for the service that was sold. Apparently, as was explained to me by the tech, a fogging device is used for a disinfecting of the ducts. He didn't have it with him but "completed" the service anyway by spraying a solution into each vent with a spray bottle. There was some damage to drywall... read more

Very disappointed with the way we've been handled by them for selling our condo and we we requested a common practice a certification for a dryer cleaning after three phone calls and an email I still haven't heard from them

If I could give negative stars I would. COIT was sent out to do water restoration on my home. They came and did half of what they agreed and left the damaged insulation they said they would take. Additionally they left a giant hole in my ceiling after stepping through the attic floor and failed to report it. After I called saying they were responsible, they refused to claim responsibility and dismissed the issue. We had a bad experience with COIT. We may be the exception. When we asked for a supervisor to review the work done, the workers called the cops on us. In the next couple of weeks came summons to small claims court. All this over asking for a supervisor before we pay for the services rendered. Please be careful not to sign any letter of agreement that has clauses which prevent you from putting a customer review online or sharing your experience if friends or neighbors ask. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. I have a brand new stack-able washer and dryer and had COIT come clean out the ducts. I heard the two employees move stuff and they left quite a mess and damaged the door of my dryer. I did not complain. Then I went to use my washer and the spin cycle stopped working. They refused to fix it even though it was brand new and only stopped working after their employees left. DO NOT USE!!!!

So gross. Had my carpets "cleaned" two weeks ago. Its been raining and the smell is unbearable. Decided to do my own cleaning and was horrified with the dirt i pulled up. Must have used dirty water on my house. Beware

Never have I dealt with a more unprofessional billing department. Their staff is rude, completely disorganized, and apparently mismanaged. Would give 0 stars if possible. When dealing with storm damage the last thing we needed was additional stress from incompetent management. Would absolutely never use or recommended them.
