We had a flood the day after Thanksgiving and had no idea what to do. COIT came out first thing in the morning. Their knowledge of the water damage and restoration was exceptional as they did a comprehensive analysis of the flood and used tools to predict exactly where the water had penetrated the insulation. Called COIT on Thursday.. Made an appointment for Saturday. The 2 guys arrived, were very professional. I had 2 sofas cleaned and carpet in living room, dining room, stairs and hall. The sofas are about 7 years old made from micro fiber. My wife wanted a new set. After the cleaning, they look brand new. I can't say enough of how good they turned out. I have been living in my house for 14 years and I have a slate foyer that I've been trying to clean constantly. The grout was dirty and gross. I tried home solutions and I've had professionals in to clean it. I just gave up and figured it is what it is. I figured I'd give COIT a chance since I saw their advertisements and I admire their work with the AWA. I had an water emergency in the middle of the night. I called their emergency phone number and got a live person not an answering machine, how great is that? They arrived at my house within 45 minutes and started work immediately. The COIT manager Bill was so thoughtful and professional. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you!!!

just to give some background , my house was built in 1955 so i don't ever believe that my grandparents ever cleaned their vents for the heating system. Recently i spent 6 k on a new central air/heating system along with a new hot water heater and all the piping needed. I really wanted to make sure everything was cared for and i asked the people who installed it if there was anything i should do other than normal yearly check -ups. They are scammers. I called before I purchased a Groupon listed for them. I was told I could use it and they scheduled it as I purchased the Groupon. 20min later they called me back and said they don't accept the Groupon that I purchased. Not even willing to help. DO NOT US THIS BS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!! NEXT BBB COMPLAINT

Did not show up to 2 appointments made by phone, and email. Though we even called at the time of appointments- oh yes, we were scheduled, but we had to wait for time frame they gave us, we should wait. And then time frame passes you call them back, oh shiBe, they forgot to tell the technician that we have been waiting for the last 4 hrs. (happened twice in a week) Will never try to schedule anything with them. They have zero respect to your time, and do not even to remedy their error.
