I have avoided the dentist in the past because I was afriad. But coming to colchester dental group has changed all that. The office is state of the art and extremely comfortable and relaxing. The equipment they use is state of the art and makes things painless and pretty comfortable. and the people! everyone is always laughing even other patients when they come in and come out. I have to admit I was laughing too. awesome, awesome place. you will be so happy you chose a high tech office with high calibur doctors and staff!!

In the past I have had very good experiences but today I did not. I had to wait an unusually long time both before I was seen and while I was in the chair. But the most bothersome part was that I felt chastised by the hygienist for not coming in sooner to have a filling replaced that had fallen out. As a person who is already anxious about going to the dentist this was not a helpful way to encourage me to be more comfortable.
Could not have been better....made better by the lack of cavities or any dental problems!
You lost important people that gave your business a good name & feel.....unfortunately it feels very cold and like every other "business" now...only interested in the $$$$ $......and NOT in the patient ! It's very sad because Dr. Palm is a wonderful person and a great doctor.....but not all the staff the patients have to deal are like him !
