Your confirmation system did not work. You rescheduled my kids' appointments from their original dates which we did get confirmation for but then never received an updated confirmation. Now we have to wait several months due to your error. This is not the first time we have experienced this with your office. Then you expect us to drop everything and get there with 2 school age kids within an hour because you have an opening. Just like you we gave schedules we need to work around. I haven't been to the dentist in several months so why am I being asked to do a survey.
The people who work on my teeth are great and everyone in the office is great, except one person. There is one person at the front desk/phones who is consistently rude and acts like everything asked of her is a tremendous burden and inconvenience. She is so rude that it makes me not want to call or have to deal with her at the desk at all.
After going to Dr. Palm for a few years now and loving everyone there. Always have good experience except today when it came time to pay. I do not have insurance for the first time in my life but we have always paid our bills on time. This time I was told they do not bill....I could make payments..but had to give 4 predated checks, signed and made out for the next four months. It made me feel like I was not trustworthy to pay my bill..ugh! What an awful feeling. I felt like a criminal that couldn't be trusted to make payment... read more

Raven had a small cavivity that was filled. When Raven came out he complained about the clamp that was attached to his back tooth there were 2 marks on the top/side. Raven is not a person that says he is in pain and the novcaine did not wear off until almost midnight and he kept taking Advil for the pain. It was not a good experience for him. The pain was gone by morning w a very unpleasant night.
