Sorry but I am really upset over the shabby way I was treated over a billing problem. It was inferred that I was a liar and making up statements about insurance and payment practices. I was harassed at work and my parents received numerous phone calls. This is certainly no way to treat your loyal patients. I certainly will not be recommending your practice to anyone that i consider a friend!

I called in with a broken tooth issue that was quite painful on a Thursday morning and was told that Monday would be the soonest i could get it looked at. This was not acceptable to me so i was able to locate a dentist that got me in that afternoon and eliminated the pain with a temporary fix. Service before this problem was great, but a lack of concern for a patient in pain was not acceptable to me.

I already took this survey, After service I am concerned that you are no longer participating in my Metlife group. There has been confusion with billing and doctors names. In the past when my previous dentist left the group I was notified by mail. I have nothing in writing to indicate my co-pay will remain the same (which I was told)

Haven't been in 2 years and it seemed like all the old dentists have moved on to other things. Didn't recognize anyone. I had tartar so bad it showed up on the xrays and it was 45 minutes of intense pain getting rid of it. Would've been nice to get a little something for the pain either before or after the procedure. Gums still hurt a bit. But in the end my teeth felt great.

I was a bit unhappy that I had a new hygienist with no warning. Why was there a switch? How come I was not asked? I was very happy with my previous hygienist.

My cleaning went well, but what I'm concerned about is that I did not get seen by my dentist Dr. Palm. This has happened to me before as well as my son & husband. We were all told that the dentist was too busy with another patient. I understand when this happens once but this has happened more than once with my whole family. I would even say that we would wait up to 20-30 minutes to have him see us, but were told that he was still too busy. Lack of administrative assistance, ie. billing loses 2 stars. If you have a 2 PM appointment and arrive early the place is deserted. Lack of Friday hours hurts. Sounds like a great place to work but isn't this a business?
