I get frustrated with how many times this office calls, texts, emails me in regards to an upcoming appointment. On top of all these messages they want you to call, texts, email back to confirm. A friendly reminder is appreciated however this approach is too much.

Dr. Palm is a warm and genuine person whose gentle,knowledgeable,and caring ways are carried on throughout his team. They are without a doubt the best dental team in Vermont, and likely in the whole darned country. The Colchester Dental Group is a perfect example of excellent science combined with excellent customer care.
I usually love my hygenist here. This last time, not so much... they switched who I was seeing, and the new person saw no problem with sticking my gums with her tools constantly and making a "nails on a chalkboard" sound with the metal scraping my teeth. I usually love going to the dentist for the way my teeth feel afterwards... hopefully I am not scarred forever by this experience.
you dropped us when i lost my job and had to go on the state insurance plan. We are now back on the best plan avialable.

The cleaning was great but this is my second time in a row that a Dr was not available to do an exam. If I go with the Hygenist reccommendation it will be a year and a half with out a proper exam. This is the whole point of going to the Dentist, my husband and I will not be using this Dental Group going forward. We prefer to go to a Dentist that actually meets the clients.
